System Solutions began serving your computer needs in September of 1999 and has been serving you, our customers, with prompt, reliable service since that time. From the beginning, the driving force behind System Solutions is the perspective that people are our main concern. Because everyone has unique skill sets dealing with computers, we make a point of adapting to each person’s specific level so that they feel comfortable and confident when discussing issues related to their computer system. We want our customers to get the most out of their computers and/or networks, obtaining maximum utilization and efficiency.

System Solutions is also committed to serving the needs of the community. Christopher Nelson, the owner of System Solutions, has participated in the Pan Massachusetts Challenge for five years and has raised over $17,000 for the Jimmy Fund at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. He serves on the Thompson, CT Republican Town Committee and has for the past four years.
